Good to know
The Creekside Cabin is a rare creekfront two-story townhome that feels like a true cabin inside, with a warm forest-themed design and modern upgrades throughout. The property is separated from Highway 89A by mature trees, creating a peaceful, tucked-away setting while still being easily accessible. It sits directly along Oak Creek, a clear, cool, continuously flowing mountain stream stocked with rainbow and brown trout and surrounded by abundant birds and wildlife. The back deck overlooks the water and offers easy access to walk down and enjoy the creek. Towering canyon walls and multi-colored cliffs of basalt, lava, limestone, and sandstone frame the landscape, forested with red maple, aspen, chaparral, and several varieties of oak, creating a truly immersive Northern Arizona setting. Downstairs main level: You enter into the kitchen, dining, and main living area, which is bright, cozy, and designed for relaxing. The living room features vaulted ceilings with skylights that bring in abundant natural light, a large leather sectional, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace. The flooring is tile that looks like wood, adding to the cabin feel while remaining practical. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a smooth-top stove. It includes a combo Keurig coffee maker that take pods or can brew a full pot, cookware, dishes, cutlery, spices, and kitchen essentials. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a true cabin feel with tongue-and-groove wood ceilings. It includes a wood-burning fireplace, a flat screen TV, its own air conditioning unit, and direct access to the back deck. The hot tub is tucked just outside the primary bedroom, offering a convenience and privacy. The primary bathroom is divided into two separate spaces, allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time. One room includes a tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink. The second room includes an additional vanity area with another sink, mirror, and cabinetry. Upstairs: The upstairs bedroom is designed to be kid-friendly while still comfortable for adults. It features king-size bunk beds (two king beds, one above the other), allowing the home to sleep up to six total. The space includes forest themed books and toys for kids, a flat screen TV, and its own air conditioning unit. There is also a private upstairs balcony off the bedroom, where you can step outside and overlook the creek. The upstairs bathroom is also divided into two rooms. One room includes a vanity and toilet. The second room, which can be closed and locked, includes a tub/shower combo and an additional vanity. This layout works especially well for families and groups. Outdoor spaces: The expansive back deck overlooks the creek and is the highlight of the home. It is ideal for coffee or wine, relaxing with the sound of the water, and enjoying the scenery. The private hot tub is located on the back deck and tucked off the primary bedroom area. Guests can also walk down to the creek to wade and cool off.

The Enchanted Creek Cabin is tucked into a peaceful stretch of Oak Creek Canyon, where most guests explore the area by car. Scenic hiking trails are nearby and easy to access, but Highway 89A does not have sidewalks or safe walking shoulders, so walking along the road is not recommended. Parking is simple and clearly designated. You’ll have one reserved parking space directly in front of the unit, labeled #3, and it’s important to use only this marked space to avoid towing from other designated spots. If you arrive with a second vehicle, additional overflow parking is available to the right as you come down the hill from the entrance to the property. With convenient parking and quick driving access to Sedona, Flagstaff, and nearby trailheads, getting around is easy while still enjoying the quiet, tucked-away feeling of the canyon.
